+ We are a small, family friendly campsite so if you’re looking to have a party, to make excessive noise or disturb your camping neighbours then we are not the place for you. There is strictly no plugged in music at any time. We do welcome acoustic music around the campfire although all noise must be kept to a minimum after 10pm.
+ We do not accept bookings for stag or hen parties. Please don’t book and hope we won’t notice – because we will!
+ Any single sex groups or unaccompanied groups of under 21 year olds must agree their stay with us by phone/email before booking.
+ Your parking may not be next to the tent, but it will only be a short walk. You are driving on grass so be aware if it is wet it can be slippery. There is a strict 5mph speed limit on site as we have other businesses.
+ There are occasions when the field gets too wet to drive on so in this event we may ask cars to be parked at the entrance of the campsite and for you to walk to your pitch. We will do our best to avoid this and will always be on hand to help carry any belongings.
+ Arrival times 3-8pm and departure times before 11am.
+ All dogs on site MUST be kept on a lead at all times and immediately cleared up after. If you bring any dog deemed dangerous, antisocial or in any way threatening you (or it) will be immediately asked to leave. You must let us know if you are bringing a dog via text or email.
+ The campsite is located on a site with another business so please do not allow children (or adults) to stray outside the camping field boundaries.
+ Payment will be taken in full on arrival by card or cash.
Any campers not adhering to any of the above terms and conditions may be asked to leave the site.
Cancellation Policy
+ We are happy to refund 100% of your payment if given more than 30 days notice by email and 75% of your payment if you cancel your stay with us at least 7 days in advance. Any less notice than this and unfortunately we are not able to offer refunds.
+ If whilst Glamping the bell tents are damaged you are liable to 100% of the value.
Safety
+ MoonDance Campsite is used by all persons at their own risk. Camping at MoonDance Campsite only entitles you to access the camping field and the entrance drive from the public road to the campsite itself. All other parts of Ffynnon Hafod, fields & woods are strictly prohibited, if you are Glamping you are also allowed access to the woods. We have another business onsite so parents should ensure children are properly supervised at ALL times and not allowed to stray from the camping field.
+ Whilst we make every effort to ensure a safe campsite we cannot accept responsibility for your possessions or personal injuries sustained whilst on the property or having campfires.
Privacy
+ We collect your personal details, name, address, email, telephone number, these details are used for the purposes of managing your booking. Should you wish for your personal details to be removed from our booking database after your stay with us, or after cancelling your booking, you may instruct us to remove it by sending an email to [email protected], please include your booking reference with this request. Your details are kept on file for no longer than 6 months and not passed onto any third party.
